Wardrobe Edit

What is it?

I’m a huge believer in Capsule Wardrobes and Marie Kondo.

It’s said that most of us wear 20% of our clothes 80% of the time and feel overwhelmed when standing in front of their wardrobes.

“Decision Fatigue” is an actual thing. The idea of “Less is More” is key when curating your wardrobe with only carefully selected pieces that mix and match. When successfully done, you should sense the “Spark of Joy”  which is how Marie describes the feeling when you pick up each item in your hands.

This feeling will allow you to consciously look after those pieces so they will last for years to come. This is what I call a good wardrobe.

In this service, we will curate your perfect wardrobe, focusing on pieces that will work hard for you.

How does it work?

The service takes approximately 3 hours at your home. Based on a pre-session questionnaire, I will determine what your “style personality” is to get an idea of what styles you like or feel good in. Also, looking at your lifestyle, I will roughly categorise what styles you will need to incorporate into your new wardrobe; i.e. work, school run, going out with friends… My aim is to work with the clothes you already own as much as possible to recognise how you can bring them back to life and create new styles. I will also ask you to bring out your shoes, bags and belts, as these are key pieces to styling an outfit.

At the end of the session, I may suggest some new pieces to add to your wardrobe to fill in some gaps if necessary. You will receive a follow-up email.

Pricing:

£280/ 3 hrs

* A “30-minute Colour Analysis” can be added for an extra £50.
